LOST PACKAGES

At Chokas Jewelry, we understand that lost packages can be frustrating, and we will do everything we can to assist you in such cases. However, please note that we cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery has been made. All orders valued over $500 will require a signature at delivery, and we recommend that you choose a shipping address that you trust. If you would like to waive the signature requirement or request a signature for orders less than $500, please let us know in the notes section at checkout or by emailing us at info@chokasjewelry.com.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Chokas Jewelry purchase. However, due to the unique nature of our small batch handmade jewelry, we regret to inform you that we do not issue returns or refunds at this time. All sales are final. If you have any questions or concerns about a piece before making your purchase, please email us at info@chokasjewelry.com, and we will be happy to provide additional information.

DAMAGE / REPAIR

We take great care in creating our jewelry to ensure that it arrives in excellent condition. However, if there is a defect due to craftsmanship upon arrival of your order, please email us at info@chokasjewelry.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your Chokas Jewelry requires repair at any time, please contact us at info@chokasjewelry.com with images and a description of the damage. The cost of shipping and repairs varies on a case-by-case basis, and we will provide you with an estimate before proceeding with the repair.
